Anuschka Naidoo, MA, RP (Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Anuschka Naidoo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She graduated with her Master’s in Counselling Psychology in 2012 and has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Anuschka is highly skilled and experienced in working with individuals, couples, and groups on topics such as stress and anxiety, low mood and depression, trauma and PTSD, loneliness and isolation, and burnout. She uses an integrative set of evidence-based techniques (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, and Self-Compassion) to support clients to get perspective, feel connected, learn helpful tools and take steps towards their psychotherapeutic goals. Having recently moved to Toronto and as a mother of two children, Anuschka has experienced a variety of complex struggles and life transitions, which helps her relate and connect with those who are also going through challenging times.. Her practice centers an intersectional-feminist, trauma-informed, and anti-racist lens in order to provide inclusive therapy to people across their lifespan. Anuschka values building deeply connected, compassionate relationships with individuals and providing high quality mental health care, so people don’t have to suffer alone.
